This “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of FreshPlanet Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “FreshPlanet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the SongPop Classic mobile application our games and games services (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information in connection with the App, and explains the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information.

Personal information that you may provide through the App or otherwise communicate with us, including by connecting to our App using your Facebook account, includes:

● Marketing information, such your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with marketing communications
● Other Personal Information you submit to us through the App
● Audio, Electronic, Visual or other Information, such as any photograph you provide as part of your user profile.

Information we collect from other users
We collect information that other users of the App may provide about you, such as the fact that you may be a Facebook friend of another user.

Referrals
Existing users of our App may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us.

When you access our App, we may automatically collect Personal Information about you, your mobile device, and activity within our App.

How we use your personal information

To provide our App
If you create an account within the App or otherwise use our App, we use your Personal Information to:

● operate, maintain, administer and improve the App

● enable you to login to the App using third-party authentication providers

If you request information from us, register on the App, or participate in our contests or promotions, we may send you FreshPlanet-related marketing communications as permitted by law.

We work with advertising partners to display advertisements within the App. These advertisements may be targeted based on your activity.

We use your personal information as necessary to (a) enforce the terms of service; (b) protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others;

All App users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by logging into the App.

You may opt out of marketing-related emails by contacting us.

If we need your Personal Information to provide the App, if you do not provide this information when requested, we may not be able to provide you with the App.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take reasonable measures designed to protect the Personal Information we collect. However, no security safeguards are 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We encourage parents and guardians to teach their children about privacy. Children should never disclose their personal information without parental permission.

With respect to users under the minimum legal age required in their country of residence, we will prevent the collection and use of their precise geolocation data and display contextual advertising only.

We ask that you not send us any sensitive Personal Information on the App, through the App, or otherwise.

FreshPlanet is headquartered in the United States and may have service providers in other countries. By providing Personal Information to us, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States.

The App may contain links to other websites and services. We do not exercise control over third-party websites or services.

Your Rights under the GDPR

Residents of the EEA and Switzerland are referred to here as “EEA Residents”. From May 25, 2018, all processing of Personal Information of EEA Residents is performed by us in accordance with the GDPR.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it within the App.
